Contribute

As a non profit, 501(C) 3 organization the museum survives by the generous donations of individuals, organizations and businesses. All donations are used to support the museum and go towards fulfilling our mission. There are many ways for you to support our mission.

Legacy Fund: All contributions to the legacy fund go directly into our endowment. The endowment is an important part of the budget. In an endowment, only the interest from the money is used, so your gift will essentially last forever. Planned giving can be arranged by contacting the staff of the Settlement.

Corporate Sponsorship: Corporations have always been great supporters of the Settlement, your business can contribute to the Settlement by sponsoring one of our events, or contributing much needed materials to our facilities. Please call today for current sponsorship packages.

Volunteers: Our volunteers are one of our most important assets, they are the key people who give their time and skills to make the Settlement happen. With out our volunteers we could not accomplish as much as we do. We have opportunities for volunteering, in our store, as a docent, in our gardens, and we are always looking for people with many different skills for work and demonstrations.

Become a Member: Members are more then just a financial contribution, by becoming a member you are showing your support for the Settlement. Members receive free admission during open hours and our pioneer newsletter to keep you updated on all events, and happenings. Membership Levels: Individual - $20.00, Family - $35.00, Ancestor - $50.00, Pioneer - $100.00, Homesteader - $250.00, Settler - $500.00, Founder - $2,500.00
